The Wellbeing Partners will share information about How and Why you can take part in the 2024 Community Health Assessment (happening now!) as well as update the group on the WhatMakesUs campaign, which seeks to reduce the stigma of mental health and substance use conditions. Assessments can be filled out at the meeting!
