NAMI Omaha Weekly Connection Meeting

A weekly recovery support group for people living with mental health issues in which they are able to learn from each other’s experiences, share coping strategies, and offer each other encouragement and understanding while on the road to recovery. Each group meets for 90 minutes, follows a flexible schedule, and is led by a team of trained individuals who are in recovery themselves. There is no charge to attend the groups.
